From November 22: Week 12 – Common Senses

These two games look like easy wins. The first one is the Giants at Detroit. The Lions need this game.

They are seeded 8th in the NFC to make the playoffs and 3rd in their division. There are more reasons that say they should win, but let’s get to the point. The Lions are a very good team, and the Giants are not. They are without their starting QB, Jaxson Dart, and #1 running back Cam Skattebo. The Giants have the 2nd worst defense, in the league, and have allowed 300 points so far this season. Big Blue is 2 – 9 for the year and 0 – 6 on the road.

The Line is – 13. But how can the Giants cover? Their two best players are out, and have Jameis Winston at QB. His record as a starter is 44 – 62.

Buy 1 point and bet them at – 12 or use them in a 7 point teaser with the Patriots.

They are our second game of the day. New England have won 8 in a row and now go into Cincinnati and face the team without Joe Burrow, and their #1 receiver Ja’Mar Chase. The Bengals are already on a 3 game losing streak.

The line is – 7 ½ and we intend to buy 1 ½ points to bet them at – 6.
